Cookie Meal®
Once the waste bakery
materials reach a Bakery Feeds plant, they go through a series of drying, cleaning,
mixing and milling operations. This total recycling process produces a feed ingredient
known as bakery meal or dried bakery by-product.
At Bakery Feeds, we call our product Cookie Meal®, an animal feed ingredient
exclusively available from our company. This high energy feed ingredient can be used
as a replacement for corn but offers additional significant nutritional benefits.
It offers an energy value of 1700 C/lb. (vs. cornŠs 1400 C/lb.), has higher carbohydrate
values, and is especially beneficial in helping pellets stick together.
Products are available for shipment by either truck or railcar. |
