The Bakery Feeds Advantage
Innovative Equipment
Bakery Feeds distinct
advantage is the superior design of the collection equipment we provide our customers.
Our patented PacMaster and TowerMaster bulk loading equipment is designed exclusively for
the bakery recycling industry, specifically handling the challenges of wet and dry
food by-products. Competitor trash compactors are designed for dry products such
as corrugated boxes, plastics and other rubbish, and therefore incur problems when
trying to compact bakery by-products.
The PacMaster is designed specifically for snack food and
similar dry by-products. PacMaster provides twice the compaction power in up to half
the space required by standard compactors. This unit is self contained and utilizes
a simple, single stage dumper with a low dumping height. The compactor ram locks
in the forward position after each cycle creating a positive seal to external elements
and minimizing spillage. This flexible system is easily installed inside the plant
or modified to be housed outside the dock area.
The TowerMaster is a self-contained system that works
well for any type of food by-products but is especially appreciated by accounts with
wetter by-products such as dough. This system offers the ultimate in flexibility
and has several options as to where it can be placed. Even though it is located outside
the building, it does not require a dock door. It can be located adjacent to the
building or stand alone away from the building. Available in side or rear loading
models the system can work from ground level dock height or even a second floor.
The In Trailer Dumper System works well for any type of food by-products. It's easy to operate with simple controls and can be safely operated by anyone in your plant. The trailer is loaded from front to rear insuring maximum payload. The In Trailer Dumper can be located at any conventional dock door and is easily relocated or moved to allow dock to be used for other operations. The cart dumper requires very little sanitation or clean up, requiring less maintenance.
